Ready to make an impact?As a part time Administraor in our Stowmarket team, you’ll complete the day-to-day administration for the Contract and liaise with the Client.
You’ll be entrusted to:
- Managing customer enquiries and complaints
- Print out Special Collections on a daily basis
- Support with payroll and timesheets on WFM
- Responsible for the control and checking of agency staff timesheets
- Book in all crews on completion using the debrief online form
- Minute taking at important meetings, such as disciplinary hearings
- Provide data on poor performance e.g. missed collections
- Supporting senior managers with tasks when required
